Travelphone also offers additional services to the standard service.
Should a client want a SMS alert that he/she has received a fax, this could be done automatically. There is however, a cost involved as networks charge for the sending of the SMS. Arrangements will have to be made on a prepaid basis to cover the cost of these SMS messages. This is not recommended for clients who receive large numbers of faxes but rather for those where specific incoming faxes are of critical importance.
Travelphone also offers an archive service, where all faxes received will be stored for a specific period and made available to the client on CD. The cost of this service is simply a service charge to cover the cost of burning the CD and delivery charges.
We are also able to accommodate specific client requirements where possible. For control purposes, some clients require the fax to go to a central e-mail address as well as the individual staff member intended for. This can be accommodated by automatically copying all faxes received to a specified central e-mail address too.
