SIMUNYE SANCO was formed as a business arm of SANCO in the Western Cape. It holds an interest of 50% in the company with SOUTHERN DEVELOPMENT TRUST holding the rest of the interest. The Company seeks to exploit all empowerment opportunities, including Government privatization projects or awarding of licenses, as we are the biggest and only empowerment grouping who represents and benefit the disadvantaged masses at grassroots.
