Fancourt is ideally located just outside the historic town of George and just seven kilometres from the George Airport. Conferencing will be at Fancourt and the accommodation for the conference has been secured at the Fancourt Hotel, Hyatt Regency Oubaai Golf Resort & Spa as well as the Protea Hotel King George.
Additional accommodation has also been secured for students at the Protea Hotel Outeniqua.
