Conferencing this year will be at the Royal Swazi Spa Conference Centre, which is situated in the Royal Kingdom of Swaziland that has a history of tradition and culture that pervades the land and infuses the Valley.

Accommodation will be available at the Royal Swazi Spa, Lugogo Sun and Ezulwini Sun.

The Lugogo Sun is part of the heavenly Royal Swazi Sun Valley Resort and is barely a minute's drive from the flagship Royal Swazi Sun. The hotel overlooks a magnificent landscape of sub-tropical gardens and the 72-par golf course. The Lugogo Sun is the largest of the three hotels at the resort and is especially geared to suit conference groups and families.
The atmosphere at the Ezulwini Sun is Caribbean with a mélange of refreshing blue and white textures and turquoise and soft coral pink fabrics. The joie de vivre essence of the hotel is evident everywhere. There are 60 attractively decorated and spacious guestrooms. Sun International Vacation Club Timeshare is also available at the Ezulwini Sun. There are 10 ground floor units and 10 upper floor units. Each unit has a kitchen, lounge and dining area, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another separate bathroom and bedroom. They are spacious and offer comfortable homely accommodation.
