PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION A 10.1 Antitussives and Expectorants
PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION: Coff-Up has Antihistaminic and Expectorant Action
INDICATIONS: Coff-Up serves to break up bronchial congestion and thus facilitate clearing of the air passage by ciliary movement and cough.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS: Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
WARNINGS: This medicine may lead to drowsiness and impaired concentration which may be aggravated by simultaneous intake of alcohol or other central nervous system depressant agents.
DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE: To be taken every four hours.
Adults: Two to three medicine measures (10 - 15 mL)
Children:
2 - 6 years half to one medicine measure (2,5 - 5 mL)
6 - 12 years one to two medicine measures (5 -10 mL)
SIDE-EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS: Antihistamines may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or work machines in the event of feeling tired or sleepy.

PRESENTATION: 100 mL bottle
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C and away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
