COMPOSITION:
Each 10 mL contains:
  Pyridoxine hydrochloride 10 mg
  Thiamine hydrochloride 10 mg
  Nicotinamide 10 mg
  Cyanocobalamin 10 µg
  Pantothenol 10 mg
  Riboflavine phosphate, sodium 3 mg
  Caffeine, anhydrous 90 mg
  Calcium gluconate 300 mg
  Calcium citrate 60 mg
  Alcohol 96% 10% v/v
Preservative:
  Nipasept 0,08% m/v
PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION:
A.33 Tonics.

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
General tonic.

INDICATIONS:
A general tonic.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS:
Peptic ulceration.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Adults: 10 mL (two medicine measures) three times a day.
Children under 12 years of age: Not recommended.
SIDE EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS:
Side-effects may be caused by the caffeine content, viz. headache, nausea, palpitations and insomnia. Large doses may cause restlessness, excitement, muscle tremor, tinnitus, scintillating scotoma, tachycardia and extrasystoles. Caffeine increases gastric secretions and may cause ulceration.

Precautions: Caffeine should be given with care to patients with a history of peptic ulceration.

KNOWN SYMPTOMS OF OVERDOSAGE AND PARTICULARS OF ITS TREATMENT:
Symptoms as under side-effects. Treatment is symptomatic.

Topsiton
is a clear brown liquid with an orange/chocolate odour and taste in an alcoholic base.

PRESENTATION:
Bottles of 200 mL and 350 mL.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in a cool (below 25° C), dark place.
