COMPOSITION:
Each mL contains:

	Boric Acid	5,50 mg
	Sodium Borate	5,00 mg
	Edetate Disodium	0,10% m/v (preservative)
	Sodium Chloride	3,00 mg
	Sorbic Acid	0,25% m/v (preservative)
	Tetronic Polyol (Poloxamine 1107)	10,00 mg
	Hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulose	1,00 mg
	Purified Water ad to	1,00 mL

PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION:
A 34 (Other) Contact Lens Solution.

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
BAUSCH & LOMB Lens Lubricant re-wets and lubricates hard and soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses while the lenses are being worn. Whilst rewetting the lenses the solution may help to remove particulate matter.

INDICATIONS:
Use BAUSCH & LOMB Lens Lubricant to soothe dry, irritated eyes and to relieve minor discomfort and/or blurring which may occur while you wear your lenses.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS:
Allergy to BAUSCH & LOMB Lens Lubricant.

WARNINGS:
Lens care procedures as recommended by your practitioner must be followed daily. Failure to follow these procedures may result in development of serious eye infections. If any unexplained eye discomfort, watering, vision change or redness of the eye occurs, immediately consult your eye care practitioner to identify the cause and to begin any necessary treatment.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Place one drop of BAUSCH & LOMB Lens Lubricant on each lens, while on the eye, 3 to 4 times a day, or as needed. If minor irritation, discomfort or blurring occurs while you are wearing your lenses, place a drop of BAUSCH & LOMB Lens Lubricant on the eye and blink two or three times. If discomfort persists, remove lenses and consult your eye care practitioner.

SIDE EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS:

•	Do not touch tip of bottle to any surface since this may contaminate the solution.
•	Always keep container closed when not in use.
•	Lens care procedures recommended by your practitioner must be followed daily. Failure to follow these procedures may result in development of eye infection.
•	Always wash hands thoroughly before handling your lenses.
•	Use before expiry date indicated on container and carton.

IDENTIFICATION:
Clear, colourless to pale yellow solution.

PRESENTATION:
BAUSCH & LOMB Lens Lubricant is supplied in sterile 15 mL plastic bottles. The bottles and cartons are marked with lot number and expiry date.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store below 30°C. Protect from light. Keep out of reach of children. Not to be taken internally.
