Each mL contains

	Sodium Chloride	3,50 mg
	Editate Disodium	0,50% m/v (preservative)
	Sodium Borate	6,50 mg
	Sorbic Acid	0,25% m/v (preservative)
	Tetronic Polyol (Poloxamine 1107)	25,00 mg
	Hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulose	3,00 mg
	Purified Water	ad to 1,00 mL

PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION:
A 34 (Other) Contact Lens Solution

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
BAUSCH & LOMB Daily Cleaner loosens and removes accumulations of film, deposits, and debris from contact lenses.

INDICATIONS:
BAUSCH & LOMB Daily Cleaner is indicated to clean soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses before rinsing and disinfection. It may be used in heat (thermal) and chemical lens care procedures.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS:
BAUSCH & LOMB Daily Cleaner is not intended for use directly in the eye.

WARNINGS:

•	Do not apply directly in the eye.
•	Serious damage to the eye and loss of vision may result from wearing contaminated or damaged contact lenses. Consult your eye care practitioner to identify the cause of any unexplained eye discomfort if watering, vision change or redness of the eye, and to begin any necessary treatment.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Lenses should be cleaned with BAUSCH & LOMB Daily Cleaner whenever they are removed. Rinse, store and disinfect the lenses in accordance with procedures recommended by your practitioner.

GENERAL:

•	Clean and disinfect your lenses every time you remove them.
•	Wash hands thoroughly before handling contact lenses.
•	Select either the left or the right lens for commencing cleaning procedure and maintain this choice so as to prevent mixing up your lenses.

CLEANSING:

•	Remove your first lens and place it in the palm of your hand.
•	Place three drops of BAUSCH & LOMB Daily Cleaner on lens surface.
•	Rub lens for 20 seconds, either in the palm using the forefinger of the other hand, or between the thumb and forefinger.

RINSING:

•	Rinse the lens thoroughly by holding the lens in a steady stream of Saline Solution for 10 seconds. Rub lens with forefinger during rinsing process.
•	Repeat the process for the second lens.

DISINFECTING:

•	Prepare the empty lens storage case as directed in your instructions for lens disinfection.
•	Place each lens into its correct chamber (section) of the lens storage case.
•	Fill the chambers completely covering the lenses with your disinfection solution (Either heat or chemical disinfection solutions).
•	Close the chambers securely.
•	Proceed with the disinfection procedure as recommended by your eye care practitioner.

SIDE EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS:

•	Always wash hands thoroughly before handling lenses.
•	Do not touch the dropper tip of the container to any surface as this may contaminate the solution.
•	Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
•	Do not mix with other fluids except as directed.
•	Lens care procedures recommended by your practitioner must be followed daily. Failure to do so may result in eye irritations or infections. If eye irritation occurs and persists, or increases, discontinue use and consult your eye care practitioner.
•	Use before expiry date indicated on the container and carton.

The following adverse reactions may occur:

•	Eye stinging, blurring or itching (irritation).
•	Excessive water(tearing) of the eyes.
•	Unusual eye secretions.
•	Redness of the eyes.
•	Reduced sharpness of vision (visual acuity).
•	Blurred vision.
•	Sensitivity to light (photophobia).
•	Dry eyes.

If any of the above adverse reactions occur, remove and examine your lenses. If lenses are not damaged, thoroughly clean, rinse and disinfect them. Reinsert them when reaction subsides.
If the adverse reaction recurs, or if the lenses appear to be damaged, consult your eye care practitioner.
The above adverse reactions may indicate eye infection, corneal ulceration, neovascularization or iritis, therefore immediate professional consultation is indicated to prevent serious eye damage.

IDENTIFICATION:
Clear, colourless solution.

PRESENTATION:
BAUSCH & LOMB Daily Cleaner is supplied in sterile 30 mL plastic dropper bottles. The bottles and cartons are marked with lot number and expiry date.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store below 30°C. Protect from light. Keep out of reach of children. Not to be taken internally.
