COMPOSITION:
Each tablet contains:

Acerola Ext.         144 mg
Rosehip         10 mg
Green Pepper Concentrate         10 mg
Blackcurrant Ext.         10 mg
Ascorbic Acid         300 mg
Sodium Ascorbate         225 mg
        equiv. to Vit. C         500 mg
Rutin         5 mg
Citrus Bioflavonoid         5 mg
Hesperidin Comp.         5 mg
Combin J 5x Biochemic Tissue Salts         20 mg

PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION:
A:22.1.4 Vitamins. Other.

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
Dietary supplementation.
Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin easily lost to the body and unstable, being sensitive to light and air. Illness, diet, drugs, cooking and modern food processing destroy it and supplementation for nutritional support may then be required.
Vitamin C plays a role in maintaining healthy gums, skin and connective tissue. Vitamin C assists in the absorption of iron from food. Vitamin C functions as a tissue antioxidant thereby maintaining healthy cells.

INDICATIONS:
Indicated as a dietary supplement where a deficiency of Vitamin C exists such as may occur from smoking, drinking alcohol, dieting or slimming.

WARNINGS:
None

CONTRA-INDICATIONS:
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Two tablets to be chewed daily or as directed.

SIDE-EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS:
Large doses may cause diarrhoea and the formation of renal calcium oxalate calculi.
Vitamin C should be given with care to patients with hyperoxaluria.
Patients with gout and/or a tendency to form kidney stones may be at increased risk with extended use.
Diabetics taking more than 500 mg per day may obtain false readings in their urinary glucose tests.

KNOWN SYMPTOMS OF OVERDOSAGE AND PARTICULARS OF ITS TREATMENT:
The treatment of overdosage is supportive and symptomatic.

As imposed by the Council.

Oblong, speckled beige tablet.

PRESENTATION:
Packs of 60 tablets.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store below 25°C.
