Glucosamine Hydrochloride –Connective tissue and cartilage in the body include a high concentration of natural compound called glucosamine. Glucosamine is one of the biological components that helps to create more support for the joints and helps to exert a protective effect against joint destruction in conditions associated with arthritis.

MSM (Methyl Sulphonyl Methane) –An organic sulphur that is easily absorbed by the body. It plays a role in restoring flexibility to the protein layer of the cell walls thereby promoting a reduction of inflammation associated with arthritic disorders.

Vitamin C –Vitamin C plays a role in maintaining healthy connective tissue, skin and gums. It also helps with the absorption of iron from food and functions as a tissue anti-oxidant thereby keeping cells healthy.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
2 caplets to be taken daily with fluid before meals
