PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION:
A 16.4 Naso-pharyngeal and bucco-pharyngeal antiseptics
PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
Antiseptic.
INDICATIONS:
Inflammatory condition of the mouth and throat resulting from colds and flu
CONTRA-INDICATIONS
Iodised throat lozenges are contra-indicated in patients hypersensitive to iodine, menthol or phenol.
WARNINGS:
If no relief of the inflammatory conditions of the mouth and throat is obtained within 10 days, consult a medical doctor. Avoid use during pregnancy.
DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Adults: Allow one lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours as required.
SIDE EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS:
Iodised throat lozenges may cause numbness of the mouth and throat.

None.

Pink, flat tablets, 12.8 mm in diameter
PRESENTATION:
Plastic containers containing 20 or 1000 tablets.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in a cool, dry place below 25ºC.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
