COMPOSITION:
Each 100 g contains:

Lactic Protein Hydrolysate (Labilin).         4,0 g
Zinc Oxide         10,0 g
Preserved with Methyl Hydroxybenzoate 0,3%m/m
Phenoxyethanol 0,3% m/m

PHARMACOLOGICAL CLASSIFICATION:
A 13.5 Emollients and protectives.

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION:
FISSAN BABY PASTE
has emollient properties due to its Lanolin base and the milk protein ingredient (Labilin). It also has a barrier action.

INDICATIONS:
FISSAN BABY PASTE
is for the treatment of nappy rash and other skin irritations.

CONTRA-INDICATIONS:
Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.

DOSAGE AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
If cold, warm paste gently before applying. Apply generously to all areas of irritation. Use after baby's bath and at nappy changes.

SIDE-EFFECTS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS:
For external use only.
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients may occur.
FISSAN BABY PASTE contains methyl hydroxybenzoate, which is known to cause urticaria; generally delayed type reactions, such as contact dermatitis but rarely immediate reaction with bronchospasm.

KNOWN SYMPTOMS OF OVERDOSAGE AND PARTICULARS OF ITS TREATMENT:
Treatment of symptoms of accidental ingestion is symptomatic.

IDENTIFICATION:
Yellowish ointment.

PRESENTATION:
Available in 20 g and 50 g tubes and 125 g tubs.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Store in a cool place (below 25°C) place.
Keep out of reach of children.
