What is the National Youth Commission? The National Youth Commission is a statutory body of government established through legislation passed by parliament, the National Youth Commission Act 19 of 1996. The Commission is constituted of five full-time members, five part-time members and nine Commissioners, nominated by Premiers of each province and appointed at national level. |
