Student Financing:
- Increasing financial aid for Further and Higher Education to ensure access to education for all;
- Revising the system for payment of fees;
- Introducing financial aid for distance education learners;
- Investing some form of graduate tax which can be linked to the National Youth Service;
School based career guidance and youth career guidance centres:
- Young women and men need to get information and receive guidance on existing job opportunities;
- This should be built into the school curriculum;
- Specific Youth Career Guidance Centres should be created for the youth who are not students;
- These centres should be community-based organisations supported by government, the private sector and the local community.
