Nema Venue at Midrand: As you can see the weather was great. Unfortunately some of our boaters could not make the race today. However that did not effect the competitive racing for the day.
As you can see, they are all concentratng on the their boats. No time for any distraction in this competitive race.
An overtaking manouver in the straight. The Tempest in action with a PICCO 21 P5 EXR motor. (Before photo)
As you can see the PICCO was just too fast for the CMB on the day. PICCO coming 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for the day. (After photo)

Owner: Alan Keyser. This is a closeup of his new Vortex. This boat is powered by a CMB 45 motor. This boat handles much better than his previous Typhoon.
Owner: Willie Vorster. This is his new Vortex. Powered by a CMB 45 motor. This boat is just as fast as his previous boat and handles even better.
Owner: Tienie Roos. This is a closeup of his new Tornado. This boat is powered by a CMB 90 motor. The debate on which boat is the fastest has been smashed by this boat as I think it is faster than both the other two boats in question now. Well done Tienie!
Owner: Dassie Krog. This is a closeup of his Sealion. This boat is powered by a CMB 90 motor. Dassie is in 4th place overall in the Transvaal championships for 1997 in C class.
