The Durban club has three main sections and boasts a club membership of approximately 75 members. Racing takes place almost every weekend between the different sections. The yachting section is on the water every 1st and 4th Sunday of the month. The club holds special 2 day regattas and runs their Nationals over the Easter Weekend at the various provinces. The club hosts an Easter Regatta every year for the Marbleheads class only.

The President of the South African Radio Sailing Association(SARSA) is Des Fairbank at (0331) 472385 the secretary is Guy Bombas at (1331) 424390. SARSA is affiliated to SA Sailing which intern is affiliated to the International Yacht Sailing Union, Model Yacht Racing Division. Radio Sailing Kwa Zulu Natal Chairman and secretary are Des and Guy.
