Our qualified abseiling instructors show you what it is all about, give you full instruction and then over you go..

Table Mountain, Cape Town's famous 1000 metre landmark, presents a range of dramatic vertical cliff faces. Mindblowing views that can be experienced either by a good hike or by catching the Cable Car to the top.

Chapmans Peak is our ‘extreme abseil'. A 45 metres abseil2.jpg (18009 bytes)vertical and overhanging abseil awaits. You will 'hang out' above the crashing waves of this treacherous coastal cliff-face. This is a great venue to begin your abseiling education. This trip runs daily and lasts most of the day. The more adventurous may attempt a forward abseil-you've got to do it to believe it! The Cost is R195 and includes snacks, transport and 3 abseils. Starting time 10.00am.

Kamikaze Kanyon is our most mind-blowing abseiling adventure. This full day trip includes the 'gut-wrencher of all abseils' - Thunderfalls - a 60 metres, freefall waterfall abseil!

The Kanyon is a 40 minute drive from Cape Town. We meet at 7.30am. During the hike up the gorge you can attempt pool jumps - ‘kloofing'- of 6 to 22 metres high. At lunch-time relax in the scenic rock pools and sample our ‘Kanyon Kuisine'. Thus energised it's time for . . . Thunderfalls! Gear is explained and instruction given and over you go - into The Abyss! You, a rope, and space. The abseil ends with a pool drop into the ‘jacuzzi'.

This is a full day of adrenaline! There are plentiful, dramatic photo opportunities. The price for this adventure is R350. Included is transport, lunch and all abseiling gear.

The Lost World, A place where nature rules supreme and you are an awed spectator. We start the day at 9.00am, and depart for Kranshoek Forest - a majestic world of ancient trees, colourful birds, scratchy baboons and the odd rambling elephant. On arrival, we give you abseiling instruction, harness you into state-of-the-art mountaneering gear, and practice abseiling on a 20 meter drop, giving you confidence to enjoy the thrilling beauty of -The BIG Slippery' a 90 metre waterfall abseil. You are going down...to a wonderland of bright green ferns, mossy pebbles and crystal clear streams.

The cost is R195, which includes all instruction and equipment, return transport to Plett or
Knysna, lunch and drinks.
