Fresh Regular Trout
- This is the traditional Rainbow Trout with bones,
head and tail intact.
Fresh Deboned Trout
- These are similar to the Fresh Regular Trout, without the bones.
Fresh Trout Fillets
- These fresh fillets of trout are deboned and may be ordered with the
skin on or skinless to
- suit customers
requirements.
Fresh Stuffed Deboned Trout
- These are the same as the fresh deboned trout, head and tail intact,
but with a nut and
- garlic filling.
Fresh Salmon Trout
- These superb fish are grown to between one and two kilograms in size
and the magnificently
- coloured, pink flesh will lend style to fresh as well as smoked
dishes.
Fresh Salmon Trout Steaks
- These are mealsize portions of diagonally cut medallions of salmon
trout and a traditional
- way of preparing these large fish.
Twin Pack
- 2 x fresh deboned trout per display carton. Individually sleeved and
frozen.
Smoked Regular
- This is smoked trout with head, tail and bones intact.
Smoked Deboned
- These are the same as smoked regular, but the bones have been
removed.
Smoked Trout Fillets
- 2 x 60g fillets per vacuum pack.
Smoked Peppered Fillets
- These smoked fillets are sprinkled with a pepper mix. 2 x 60g
fillets per vacuum pack.
Smoked Trout Meat
- This product is ideal for paté meat. The meat is vacuum packed
in 500g portions.
Cold Smoked Salmon Trout
- Like smoked salmon these large trout 15 packets per box or are
traditionally cured and oak
- smoked 30 packets per box before hand slicing.
Smoked Trout Roulade
- This delicacy consists of a roll of smoked trout terrine, interleaved
with slices of cold
- smoked salmon trout.
Sliced Roulade
- Four vacuum packed, easy to serve 120g per pack as required slices
(30g e.a) of smoked
- trout roulade.
