Vinification Grapes were harvested at the coldest time of the day (02h00 - 06h00) to prevent oxidation and loss of flavour. 8 Hours of skin contact and 48 hours of settling. Fermentation took place at temperatures between 11 and 12.5 degrees Celsius.
Tasting notes A crisp wine in a tropical style with litchi and pineapple flavours.
