Vinification Chardonnay fermented in first fill french oak barrels and matured in the barrel for at least 3 months. Then it was blended with fresh, fruity Colombar.
Tasting notes There is good balance between wood and fruit, the wood is nicely integrated, giving a fuller pallet without being aggressive. Creamy, soft mouth feel, does not lack complexity to be enjoyed with food.
