Mission Mobilization:

What is Mobilization ?

The Potential - Spiritual Multiplication 2 Tim. 2:2.

Mobilization offers the potential of spiritual multiplication. One person who empowers someone else, who will empower someone else, ...etc. Mission Mobilization is the process where, through various methods and ways, one disciple other people to become mission awareness Christians. The result is that you don't do the work yourself, but you mobilize other people to assist you in the great task of World Missions, in various ways.

Why Mobilization ?

The need - Churches

More and more churches wants to take personal responsibility towards missions. The areas and countries where we work, fall in the category "Newer Sending Countries". Though some churches have a long history in sending missionaries, the majority have little or no experience. They are in the "teething" stage and small mistakes have great, negative impact on  long term mission. Trained and experienced mission mobilizes are needed to guide  and train church leaders how to lead their congregations towards involvement in missions.

How - Mobilization ?

Economical and cultural relevant

The basics of mobilization remains the same, but the package that it comes in results in some churches benefiting and others not. We have a cultural relevant and economical training. Factors like finances, size of churches and culture play a major role in this. To enable us to render these services we had to make a decision the do the training and services at no or minimum cost. Majority of churches in the great potential, the African church, can not afford such training but is crucial to world missions. Africa is no longer Mission Field, but Mission Force and can go places, where western missionaries struggle, with ease and at low cost.

Dependency

One of the greatest threats to missions.

Dependency becomes a reality when you do something for someone that he can do for himself. Finances and support can lead to creating dependency and in Africa it is a huge problem. Mission mobilization is one of the ministries that doesn't create dependency but helps to reduce it. Therefore mission mobilization ministries can be supported without the fear of it creating dependency.

Mobilization a new concept:

Being a new concept, support for such ministries are lacking. It is not recon as missions, but it is crucial to missions. As an mission mobilization organization, we can encourage any potential donors to support mission mobilization organizations, without having fears that the money will not only have a great effect on missions, but are one of the best ways to invest in the Kingdom that produces maximum results.
