The current price of the CD at today's exchange rate is $32.63 including postage and packing. I do appreciate that this is more than you would pay for a hypnosis CD in the States, but this is due to my expenses in preparing it and posting it. I am currently only selling about one CD a month and the sooner sales rise, the sooner I will be able to drop the price.

I recorded and scripted the CD myself. I have had trich for 27 years. I thought I was cured 17 years ago with hypnotherapy and having remained pull free for two years, I decided to train as a hypnotherapist to help others. I have been practising in the UK for more than 10 years and have successfully helped others with trich to become completely pull-free. Of course I now know I am not "cured" at all and that trichotillomania is in fact incurable. It is, however, controllable to the same degree that a lion is able to be
tamed ... Myself, I remain pull-free 90% of the time but I still play my CD.

The success of the CD in each case is dependent upon the level of commitment to healing one's self. It is imperative that the CD is played at least once daily for 30 days and thereafter about once every 30 days or as necessary. I recommend that trichsters enlist the help of another, if possible as when trich is at it's most aggressive, often the urge to pull can cause resistance and therefore the trichster will not WANT to play the CD. I have been told of one person who had been pull free for one month using the CD. One night as her husband went to put the CD on, she tugged the CD out of the player and threw it him, shouting "I don't want to hear it. I just want to pull my hair out." He put the CD player out of her reach, played the CD and she felt better afterwards and remained pull-free.

I receive E-mails regularly from people who stay pull-free with the help of the CD. I can honestly say I have never received a complaint about the
