The E-mail Team

The following people are waiting for you to write - they would love to help you.  Please make us of their willingness.   At one stage we all thought that we are alone and crazy.  Now we would like to help you!  I ask that you will make use of this team, as the loads of e-mails became to much for me to handle on my own.

If you don't get a reply in a week, please know that for some reason our e-mail to you doesn't go through.  We  WILL reply to all e-mails - but found that some accounts don't receive our  mail .  Please write again if you don't get a reply, and check your mail server, ok?

Please put trich in the subject line - to help with all the spam mail one gets now days, then we'll know it is a 'real' letter, ok?

I am 29yrs old, been pulling since I was approx. 13 years old, tried many medications, been to psychologist and psychiatrirts etc. Left S.Africa in January 1997 and have been in USA since. I am 35 and have been pulling/picking since 11. teammeg.jpg (1203 bytes) I have yet to find a way to fully stop, but I have made peace with myself and my trich, mainly through meeting others with trich (via the internet) and through meditation/stress reduction techniques.
