For those of you who are vegetarian and worried about not getting
enough protein in your diet, I would like to recommend Nutrilite
Protein Powder that is made by the Amway Corporation. A few teaspoons
in juice, milk, vegetable dishes etc. will add all the protein you
that you require in a day. It is tasteless and odorless. It will
mix in any beverage or food. There are 35 calories in 4 tsp., 0 fat
grams, 0 cholesteral, 65 mg of sodium, 1 gram of carbohydrate, and 8
grams of protein which is 16% of your total daily need. A 16 oz can
is $29.75. It also supplies all of the nine essential amino acids.
You may contact Amway at (616) 676-6307 for a distributor in your area
or you may contact me by e-mail. For those of you who live outside of
the United States--Amway is in 70 foreign countries. There are
distributors in Hong Kong, Canada, UK, etc. Look in your local
phone book or write to Amway Corporation, 7575 Fulton St. East, Ada,
Michigan, 49355. Amway will also be glad to put you on a regular
shipping programs for any vitamin supplements as well as the protein
powder as long as you have a credit card. Hope this helps. My
daughter is a vegetarian and uses Nutrilite products to supplement her
diet. I usually don't do commercials but several of you have
expressed concern about protein in your diet as it relates to TTM. I
highly recommend this product.

The Nutrilite Protein Powder would be a excellent choice for the
vegetarians - even my brother who is a body builder likes it as body
builders are very much into protein for muscle building. If you need
info or wish to order it - I am located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul,
Minnesota area at Tel: 1-612-767-3959 or voicemail 1-612-220-3287
or email at shymo@ix.netcom.com  Orders can be shipped direct to your
home if you wish by UPS.
