Diet Diary (keep a food log)

Using a diary to keep track of what you are eating and how it affects you, is a good way of realizing which foods (if any) affects your urges and pulling.  Remember that sugar and caffeine usually shows a result withing 0.5 - 1 day and it takes just as long for the effect to wear off.  The other foods can take 3-5 days to show and affect and again take that amount of time to wear off.
