Hair pulling Diary

Keeping a hairpulling diary is an excellent way of becoming more aware of your pulling, trigger places, times etc.  When you start the diary, just try and observe at first, don't worry abt reducint the pulling.  Just notice trends, difficult places etc.  After that you can try and reduce your pulling... maybe start with reducing the amount of hairs pulled, the amount of time spent on pulling etc.  Good luck!
