The EuroMaster is equipped with display texts in several languages. The following languages are available : Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish.

This is a ISDN telephone which provides you with easy access to the services of your digital telephone network.

The EuroMaster features the following:

The EuroMaster is designed for connection to Euro-ISDN (ISDN with DSS1 protocol) multi-terminal connection. This is the protocol used in the South African Telecommunications network between the ISDN exchanges and the subscriber. The EuroMaster therefore can be connected directly to the system and does not require a switchboard.

A Euro-ISDN multi-terminal connection has two voice/data channels which can both be used simultaneously for making calls; furthermore, the connection can be assigned several, usually three, telephone numbers (Multiple Subscriber Numbers, MSNs).

The EuroMaster does not come pre-programmed for your connection; therefore it does not know for which MSN it should ring. (If you do not change the default setting, your telephone will signal calls to all MSNs.) Before making any calls, you should first enter your settings, as described in the users manual. You can, of course, immediately use your EuroMaster to make and receive calls without first completing the programming.

All functions and features are controlled and set via integrated menus. How to do this is described in detail (with the basic functions of the menus, the control keys and the softkeys) in the users manual.

Your network provider may offer some ISDN features at extra cost; therefore, it is possible that some of the features described in the instruction manual are not automatically available. Some features are also mutually exclusive : You should therefore contact your network provider to find out which features are standard for your connection and which features are optional.
