What is an Affirmation? Affirmations are statements that can either be positive or negative. Every thought we think, everything we say about ourselves, our environment and about others is an Affirmation. We need to be very conscious about what we think and say, as our thoughts and words create our reality.

If you are having problems with money, relationships, work, your health or the reason why you are here. Affirmations can help you overcome these problems.

It is time to substitute negative Affirmations with positive Affirmations. Remember that there are no accidents in life and the affirmation that has come up for you was divinely chosen. Please use the affirmation daily, reflecting on it often during the day, either silently or aloud, until it is firmly entrenched in your subconscious mind.
