Barbecue---Herbs. When the early
pioneers pushed into the hinterland,
they established a practice which is much a ritual today as it was then.
The Bar-b-que or Braai as we call it in South Africa.
The
Braai-Barbecue herbs bring back the atmosphere of the wild herbs of
the open spaces when thrown on the coals of the open fire or any
barbecue apparatus.
An added advantage is that they replace the sometimes stifling smoke
smell with a pleasant aroma.
Dampen
the herbs ,throw a pinch on the coals and enjoy the
" sweet sweet herbs of home"
