Company Profile

Optical Centre has been serving the public for 31 years. During this period we have grown to a staff compliment of 24, made up of 4 optometrists, an optical dispenser; optical mechanics, social workers; remedial therapists and most important a well trained front line staff.

We are situated at door no. 4 at Sandton city and next door to the Brazilian Coffee Bar at Hyde Park Corner shopping centre.

Ivan Etkin a founder of the organization. Qualifications: Dip Optometry; MC Optom (UK).

Allan Kaye a founder member of the organization Qualifications: Dip Optometry; Diploma in Contact Lenses (UK); Diploma in Low Vision (USA); MC optom (UK); MBA.

Gavin Klevansky a member of the organization for 3 years. Qualifications: B.Optom.

Kevin Rosin a member of the organization for 2 years. Qualifications: B.Optom; Certificate in Ophthalmic drugs (USA).

Peter Wessels a member of the organization for 2 years. Qualifications: ND Dips. Opt. (SA); FBDO (UK).
