Mr. Fujiwara, who hails from Fukuoka, Japan, is also the sushi chef and a qualified teppanyaki chef. The decor is "high tech Tokyo", she boasts a lovely tropical fish tank and incredibly decadent burgundy drapes, all of which make for a restaurant whose ambience is always relaxed and tranquil, no matter how busy.
