CHICKEN IN GARLIC SWEET SOYA SAUCE

Try Japanese cooking at your kitchen!

Mr. Fujiwara, a chef of FUJIYAMA, gives you a recipe of a popular Japanese dish.

Ingredients needed:
  • 2 dessert spoons of oil
  • 300ml water
  • three quarter fish stock
  • 6 - 8 dessert spoon sugar
  • 100cc soya sauce
  • half - 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 1 quarter led chicken
  • pinch of salt

Sprinkle a little salt onto the chicken.

Place the oil into a medium sized pot then add chicken once oil is heated.

Pan fry till the chicken is tender and golden crispy.

Empty pan of any excess oil.

Place the remainder of all the ingredients on top of the chicken in the pot.

Bring to a slow boil and boil it with the lid on for approximately 5 minutes.

Serve as you so desire.
