	Employment:
	1997-2006	Working as a professional sculptor
	July/August/September	Lecturer, Fine Art Department, University of Stellenbosch
	2006	Taught 2nd, 3rd and 4th year Fine Art students. supervised and
		marked 4th year theory papers. co-ordinated 2nd and 3rd year
		computer training and 1st year sculpture modules.
		Managed the 3D studio. Performed general admin' tasks.
	March/April/May	Visitig Lecturer, Fine Art Department, University of Stellenbosch
	2006	Contracted to run two week sculpture workshops in mould making
		and metalwork, followed by two weeks of consolidation and general
		consultation with students.
	2004	Arts and Crafts Instructor at the Estuary Centre, Swords,
		Co Dublin, Ireland.
		An occupational centre for mentally handicapped
		adults.
		Designed and implemented a ceramics program facilitating
		creative expression and personal development.
	February/March 2002	Guest lecturer in Sculpture, School of fine Art,
		University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.
	May-July 2000, Feb. 1999	Lectured 2nd year sculpture students at Michaelis
		School of Fine Art, University of Cape Town.

		covering various forms of construction and pattern
		making, metal work (sheet-metal and wrought iron)

	2002	Commissioned fire-sculpture performance, with
		improvised trumpet and percussion, at the launch of the
		"Spier Outdoor Sculpture Biennial".

		Joubert Park Public Art Project, Johannesburg.
		Staged a fire-sculpture performance in Basel,
		Switzerland, during a three month residency in the iaab
		International Artist Exchange Program.
	2000	"Cast", a group exhibition of contemporary bronze
		sculpture at the Albertyn stables, Simon's Town.
	1999	Not For Sale: a collaborative musical event at the Independent
		Armchair Theatre, Cape Town, featuring improvisations
		on wrought iron Percussion Sculpture. Accompanied
		by double bass.
		Contributed to Public Eye's Heritage Day Public
		Sculpture Intervention Project: Caged stone lions at
		Rhodes Memorial, with metal scroll: From Rape To Curio.
