Biography
 

Grace Harding is a visionary, combining the capacity for strong senior leadership with industry insight, infectious enthusiasm and over twenty years’ diverse experience ‘on the shop floor’.

Currently Managing Director of Actuate (formerly TMG), the internal marketing consultancy she founded in 1998, Grace spearheads long-term partnerships with clients to yield innovative and impactful internal marketing solutions.

After qualifying in the HR field in the late ‘80s, Grace headed straight for the corporate world. There she built brands the traditional way for 15 years, until she spotted a gap in the marketing field.

Grace realised that if major corporates spent half as much time, energy and money building brands internally as they did externally, the nature of marketing would change, the meaning of ‘human resources’ would expand and the achievement of profit would grow enormously.

After all, aligning staff behaviour with business objectives and fulfilling brand promises translate into business success. What better channel is there than inter-personal communication?
