Biography
 

Brett Anderson is a leadership consultant and coach. Brett Anderson is a certified NLP Practitioner, accredited by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP). Brett Anderson is a member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) and is actively involved in the application of coaching within organizational development initiatives.

Brett Anderson is an internationally regarded HIV-positive HIV/AIDS activist and consultant. As an active member of the UNDP GIPA Programme, part of this worldwide United Nations initiative supporting greater involvement with people living with HIV/AIDS (GIPA), Brett Anderson delivers a full range of HIV/AIDS consulting services, specializing in PNI based interventions and positive mentoring.

Brett Anderson has trained extensively in the HIV/AIDS field, and holds a Diploma in Marketing. Brett serves on the advisory board of SAHARA for the Human Sciences Research Council of South Africa, and a member of NAPWA and MIPA (SANAC). Brett founded a non profit organization called Sizwe Sonke Quilting Project of South Africa, which runs a very successful school HIV/AIDS awareness programme in partnership with the Western Cape Education Department. To date this project has brought the ‘AIDS Memorial Quilts’ to more than 125 000 school learners and teachers. Brett Anderson is invited to speak frequently at local and international conferences. He has been a keynote speaker at the 2005 Durban International AIDS Conference and presented at the 2002 Barcelona International AIDS Conference.
