Brett Anderson is a member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa) and is actively involved in the application of coaching within organizational development initiatives.
Brett Anderson is an internationally regarded HIV-positive HIV/AIDS activist and consultant. As an active member of the UNDP GIPA Programme, part of this worldwide United Nations initiative supporting greater involvement with people living with HIV/AIDS (GIPA), Brett Anderson delivers a full range of HIV/AIDS consulting services, specializing in PNI based interventions and positive mentoring.
Brett Anderson has trained extensively in the HIV/AIDS field, and holds a Diploma in Marketing. Brett serves on the advisory board of SAHARA for the Human Sciences Research Council of South Africa, and a member of NAPWA and MIPA (SANAC). Brett founded a non profit organization called Sizwe Sonke Quilting Project of South Africa, which runs a very successful school HIV/AIDS awareness programme in partnership with the Western Cape Education Department. To date this project has brought the ‘AIDS Memorial Quilts’ to more than 125 000 school learners and teachers.
