Hello Robyn

Just a short note to thank you for recommending Bruce Maclaren for our event.

We thoroughly enjoyed the topic as well as his comfortable presentation techniques and ability to connect with our group.
Thanking you once again and our thanks and regards to Bruce. Looking forward to dealing with you in the future.

Best Regards

Jane

Dear John

I must say that we all thoroughly enjoyed the presentation and talk. It inspired a lot of discussion afterwards and most definitely promoted a lot of positive thinking which is a much needed commodity at present in our company due to our involvement with a lot of prototyping, and the requirement to reduce our time to market.

Comments were:
"it made me want to be that lioness, and be the best at what I do"
"I wish everybody in the organisation could see this presentation and be motivated in the same way"
"The similes were really meaningful ie let the specialist get on with what his speciality is"

There were so many things to be learnt - our heartfelt thanks Bruce.

Hope to be in touch with you again.

With Best Regards

Jan

Please extend our sincere appreciation to Duane and Cathy for a superb performance at our Drakensberg conference.  Cathy’s elegance and ‘saxophone’ playing amazed our audience, as did Duane’s amazing singing performance.  They certainly added a ‘Touch of Class’ to the conference and I am so glad you suggested SAXXY to us – thanks Robyn!  I’m just sorry I didn’t spend more time with them, but I think they know how it goes…

Please also extend our thanks to Quinton Coetzee for his presentation – the feedback was so positive that our VIP’s are considering him as a speaker for their function.  Our guests thoroughly enjoyed his talk and were amazed at how passionate he is about his subject and at his professional presentation ability.

On the whole, a job well done by all from ‘Conference Speakers’.

Best Regards

Shelley

I had much pleasure in representing Conference Speakers last night. It was a huge success and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, including Yours truly. I thank you for the gig and look forward to many more.

With Warmest Regards,

Dear Robyn

Just a quick word of thanks - Francois was an absolute hit on Saturday!

Dear Robyn

Just a quick note to say that Alison was absolutely magnificent at our conference. She had an immense impact, and without doubt she has touched probably every single participant. No doubt I will make use of her services again.

Louise

Dear Robyn and Lynne

Management and staff convey their sincere appreciation to Brett on the manner in which he presented the One life speech on the day of our World Aids day commemoration on 7 December 2007. They cannot stop talking about how the speech moved them to a point where they are now re looking and revisiting their thought process on the issue of HIV/AIDS.

From my side, Brett Anderson went out to do exactly what I wanted – to change some people’s perception on the issue of HIV/AIDS, those who feel that the disease is colour coded. I would have loved to have personally met with him but could not due to personal reasons.

Please say to him that he is my hero even though I have not met him personally. Thanks to you for being such excellent coordinators.

Good job well done. May he grow from strength to strength!

Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year to both of you.

Regards

Tina Laka

Dear Lynne and Robyn

I unfortunately didn't manage to get you on the phone this afternoon, but wanted to thank you both so much for the wonderful literature and CD that you sent to us with our driver yesterday.

An unexpected gift like this is truly appreciated and does wonders in speeding up the "marking" process, which is such a drag at this time of the year, as one can't wait to get down to reading all this enticing and exciting material!

Thank you too for all the friendliness and enthusiasm that is always part of dealing with you.  May you have a wonderful break over the Festive Season and best wishes for 2008!

Kind regards

Claire Bennett

Dear Lynne

Thank you very much for assisting me with a speaker at such short notice. I really appreciate it! Bruce was phenomenal!!!! Thank you!

Kind regards

Amelia Rennie-Kroon

Thank you very much for a lovely breakfast last week.  I thoroughlyenjoyed the lecture given by Dr Graeme Codrington and believe the subject matter to be very important and of wide appeal.  He gave me serious food for thought and I found the lecture well-researched, well-presented and professional, with just enough humour and personal touch to make me feel like I was listening to a friend, rather than a conference speaker.

The venue is lovely, the service professional and the food tasty. I look forward to more.

Kind regards

Kerry

Dear Alison

Thank you so much for sharing your life story with us, and in doing so, contributing to the lives of so many women.  You are indeed a living miracle and an inspiration to so many.  I, for one, will not forget my “ABC’s” again and I will remember that I too have live, and what am I doing with it.

Thank you for your contribution to the huge success of the day.

May God bless you, your family and your two lovely children!

Kind regards

Sandra Labuschagne

Dear Lynne

Many thanks for a thoroughly informative and interesting seminar. Graeme certainly got me thinking – and I would really like to know when his book on Hannah’s Rules comes out – as he said, it’s sad not to have it available after the seminar because one buys on impulse. I thought the subject was great, well thought out and presented – although he was a little self-deprecating at the beginning which in the event didn’t do him justice.

The venue is lovely – and the food divine – the event was lovely and very much appreciated – thank you.

Regards

Ann Clarke

Dear Yolandè

I’m sorry I missed you this morning – there was a great turnout and I did look for you!

Graeme was awesome and it was good to find more people who think that their individual inputs to our world CAN make a difference.

Kind regards

Elaine Carver

Dear Yolandè, Lynne and Robyn

Thank you so much for the wonderful breakfast.  I thoroughly enjoyed the time spent with CSI.
You guys were so welcoming and kind and professional as always.

The venue was amazing.  The food and refreshments were delicious.
The coffee was “especially” nice. The ambience was wonderful.  I met some nice people, and renewed contact with an old friend.

Re : Hannah’s Rules
The talk was very interesting and deep.  Quite dramatic and real.
Something to really think about.
I am a bit of a “tree hugger” myself, as I grew up in Zimbabwe.
I listened to heavy rock as a teenager, and still do to some extent – and I agree that if the heavy rockers are taking this seriously then you know that it’s coming soon.
I was always aware of everything he spoke of, and believe that what he is saying is very powerful if people listen and take action, which I hope they do.  If he can get it all into a presentation – then it would make a nice DVD that he could release.
Dr Graeme Codrington makes a lot of simple sense of a “disturbing” subject.
He is saying that there is hope at the end of the tunnel, unless a giant meteor hits the earth, or an alien nation blows us all up.
I’m a capitalist too (to a certain extent) and I also agree and I hope that more people and companies adopt Hannah’s rules, so that the world will be a better place.
A lot of companies will be in big trouble if they don’t listen and accept the facts.  Executive Teams should listen to this wisdom carefully.   It gets people really thinking about what is coming down the line.
It’s a pity he didn’t have the book, but at least he had some of his & Sue Grant-Marshall’s other books for sale, so I got some nice Christmas presents at the same time.  When the book or DVD for Hannah’s Rules comes out – it should be on all school library shelves, or made a “set book”.
I wouldn’t like to be a company on Hannah’s list.
I’m also going to start a “boycott list” on my fridge.
All my wildest dreams are already exceeded.  So any new “wild dreams” will easily be exceeded.
Never doubt that a small group of committed people can change the world!  Never stop dreaming.
As we lie beneath the stars, we realize how small we are, but together we can achieve the impossible.

Go Hannah – You Rule!

Kind Regards

Dear Lynne and Robyn

Thank you for the excellent programme yesterday morning. The venue (and breakfast!) was great and Graeme’s talk left me with lots to think about.

Nadine Weston

Dear Yolande

Thank you so much for the invitation. I enjoyed Dr Graeme Codrington's presentation, always original and loved it that in many cases these are lessons from a 6 year old - young Hannah- these are the people we need to listen to and be responsible for their future world. I love her Rules.

The venue is very attractive and in a great setting. I like the laminated Hannah's Rules idea, you can keep them in your pocket- like a nature guide does and good for her young Hannah. I think that the late Anita Roddick of the Body Shop whom I have always admired and was lucky enough to have met, in her "Business as Unusual" and other books as well has been advocating for the ethical consumer for a number of years, until her untimely death just recently. I do look forward to the release of the Hannah's Rules book- count me in as someone who will purchase it, and of course trying in my small way to make a difference.

Actually would like to do a greening of Alexander Township somehow. I am an environmentalist and very keen conservationist. There are lots of people out there who volunteer in many ways because of their passion for a cause, be it for upliftment of people, who are exploited or for conservation. Here's to the ethical consumer now and in the future.

Kind regards and many thanks,

Jacqui McKnight

Dear Lynne and Robyn

Thank you so much for inviting me. The presentation was excellent and as Dr Graeme said, it will grow over the next few months.

Hello julle twee!

Thanks for yesterday.
Congratulations. I think it was great! Good turnout you had. Have a great weekend.

Regards!

Hi Lynne and Robyn

Many thanks for inviting us to the showcase yesterday, it was most enjoyable and entertaining.  I think all the speakers were excellent - hope it went well from your point of view – Duane was a great MC, at very short notice I understand.

Patricia Glyn was brilliant and we will definitely book her for another Congress, her relaxed yet totally professional speaking style was very listenable, and to bring the dogs was a stroke of genius!  As Daniel Silke noted, she was a hard act to follow but he was equally impressive in his own style.

Thanks again

Jeannie

Hi Robyn and Lynne

Dear Bruce

Thank you for taking the time to address our conference this year. As always, your presentation was thought provoking and challenging as evidenced by the delegate interaction afterwards.

We sincerely appreciate your participation in this very important professional body and hope to share more with you in the future

Yours sincerely

Daniella

Hi

Gav was great! (as usual!)

Quinton was an absolute pleasure - he is so passionate about his presentation (still after all these years!) We had a few delegates in the audience who'd heard his presentation 6 years ago, but they still enjoyed hearing it again. absolutely marvelous! And he managed to get away early!

Regards

Sue

Hi Bruce

I'd like to thank you very much for coming along to Brackenhurst last week and addressing our members.

Your unique style and the content of your presentation, particularly the way you brought your family plus lessons of survival of the lions into the context of how one should be conducting themselves in business and life generally, is most important.

Many of our members commented on how they should remember to hug their children more often.

Thanks again.

Kind regards

Vic

Hi Bruce

All feedback on your talk was very positive. The life messages were very well received and your video clips with the lions, together with the sharing of your personal family life was commented on by all in a very favourable way. Well done. We would all love to hear your other talks.

Best regards

Vic

Dear Lynne and Robyn

During this past week, I have received dozens of emails, sms’s and telephone calls from Principals, Deputies and staff, complimenting us on what they have called the ‘best ever’ Training Day.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you both for your time, support, and for your valued contribution to the organization of the day. You can take pride in knowing that the day was an overwhelming success thanks to your wonderful organisation of speakers on our behalf.

Comments such as, "… the variety of speakers chosen made a choice quite difficult ...", and "… a special highlight being the lunch-time entertainment..." , "… thank you for the most amazing day …" , " …I found all the speakers to be interesting and stimulating", are just but a few of the very many tributes we have received.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with you and I hope there will be many more occasions in the future.

Best regards

Shaun

Well, good morning you two lovely ladies!

Been hectic here this morning but just had to quickly say, yesterday was great, thanks to you two! Personally, I thought Allan Heyl was outstanding, and I was quite riveted by his talk. I could have sat for hours listening to him and his message is so worthwhile. Also, I heard the music, didn't see who they were because I was running around, but EVERYONE said they were fabulous.

So that was a great success. And, as for Michael Mol, apart from the fact that he is such a vision, it is so great to look at someone who is so goreous, and is highly intelligent. I really enjoyed him - but had to sit at the back so couldn't feast my eyes on him. His talk was great, stress and energy, and also how you need to have balance between spiritual, emotional, mental and physical, and at the end of his presentation, he showed a clip of a father and his retarded son, and honestly when he finished, the hall was totally silent, and you could have heard a pin drop!! He was brilliant

SUSTAINABLE PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND SOCCER WORLD CUP 2010

It has been our pleasure to have you as the keynote speaker at the biennial e-Transport Conference. We have had excellent feedback on the conference and several delegates expressed their compliments on the programme and the quality of the presentations.

For this we salute our presenters!

We have endeavored to encourage stronger cooperation in the field of ITS to support the work needed to make Soccer World Cup 2010 a monumental success and we truly appreciate your contribution by giving an overview on some of the trends we have to face up to.

Yours sincerely

DR P J VORSTER

Dear Lynne

We had our session with Chantell Ilbury this week and it all went off very well. She helped us to identify where we should be focusing in the medium term and her style of facilitation was very enjoyable.

Thank you from the team for arranging her to facilitate our session.

Regards

John

Did you enjoy the speaker - Alex Harris?

Very inspiring!!!!!!!!

Fantasties! een van die hoogtepunte van my tyd sover by JnJ.

Extremely motivational.

The speaker was excellent, he made my own problems seem almost insignificant.

Alex was an excellent speaker - Although I will not be attempting the 7 summits I learnt that I am the person limiting myself and am inspired to reach for greater heights!

The talk that Alex gave was fantastic and very inspiring. Good choice.

Definitely, excellent.

Also LLLOOOOOOOVED the guest speaker, again because I'm a berge meisie, have read many books on Everest & Kilimanjaro, so right up my alley. The talk also blessed me since he was a Christian. Was refreshing to have something straight and real life,, no lewd comments, no double meaning/sexual innuendo in every sentence in talks etc that everyone always seems to find so funny. His talk fitted in well with the theme - journey of discovery

Our team enjoyed Alex and what he stands for, and he fit in with the journey of discovery he spoke well and was motivational

I enjoyed Alex Harris as a speaker as his topic was very interesting and his achievements are outstanding.

One cannot not enjoy and respect a person such as that.

The speaker was also very inspiring and appropriate.

I believe it was an inspirational presentation.

Phenomenal speaker!

Alex was a fantastic speaker as he was so motivational and his talk was very appropriate following the tough year that we had just been through.

Most definitely. Awe-inspiring speaker. I believe that most people hung unto his every word.

Amazingly interesting.

Excellent! Very inspiring.

I think having a motivational speaker at a NSC is a must and Alex was great!

The speaker was excellent.

Alex Harris was very inspirational to myself and I think if this does not have a impact on a person, you do not have a heart.

Very appropriate and motivational. Feel very inspired to conquer my own EVEREST this year.

Very appropriate. Good speaker, good topic, great analogy.

Very much, have heard him before but he got through to me at a different level.

Alex Harris inspired me a lot.

Very much so, it is always great to hear real life stories more than a motivational speaker who sits with loads of books to make up his next presentation.

THE SPEAKER WAS GREAT , EXCELLENT MOTIVATION.

Alex was inspiring , an amazing person.

We needed somebody like him to motivate us to reach the heights this year!!!

Very much, and teaching us about what can be accomplished when one stays positive
.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Bruce Maclaren did an awesome job for us this morning and it was truly delightful working with him, we certainly could not have had a better person to help us launch our first BB Breakfast.

I feel it was a really successful launch and having him there made it very professional, he certainly fitted in PURRFECTLY with what BB is all about. We spent a long time looking for a guest speaker and we know we made the right choice in Bruce!

We all loved him and know that our guests were really impressed with his delivery, content and personality.

Destiny has a way of bringing "like minded" people together and I certainly think BB and Bruce were meant for each other.!!!!!!!!!!!!

Enjoy the rest of your day and thank you again - we will be in touch!.

Warmest regards,

Bridget

Dear Bruce

We thought you were fantastic and really held the whole morning together so perfectly. I think everyone left this morning a little richer for their experience. This will be the first of many breakfasts and we hope you'll be available to speak at all of them!

Have a super day and week!

Love & thanks

Dear Lynne and Robyn

Many thanks for Bruce Maclaren’s participation at our Sponsorship Management Workshop last Friday. His talk was spot on and very well received by all the delegates.

My boss / manager / supervisor also elected to attend and was full of complements about his talk and its relevance so many thanks.

I hope that we have the opportunity to work together again in the near future.

Dear Lynne and Robyn

Once again I had the good fortune to be on the receiving end of Gavin’s one of a kind, incredibly well honed, extremely professional, humourous appearances.

He never ceases to amaze me at how quickly and easily he can adapt to any occasion. Even with the smallest of pre-briefing, he addresses and captures the audience in such a unique way that at any level, be it from CEO to man on the floor, he makes them feel as if he knows them personally and without fail he always leaves them “wanting more” and looking forward to the next time!

Because of Gavin’s adaptability I feel sure that I’ll have many an opportunity to use his fantastic services again! I have and will continue to, wax lyrical at every opportunity!

Sue Dransfield - Marketing Co-ordinator for Robor.

To whom it may concern

I had the immense pleasure and privilege of experiencing Gavin Sharples at his unique best today when he presented his '3 D's to Change the World' to an audience in Centurion. What a tour de force! It is impossible to be unaffected by Gavin's infectious enthusiasm, genuine sincerity, hilarious sense of humour and general joie de vivre.

Thanks, Gav! I would have been much poorer if I had missed out on this opportunity. You're a world-class star and do South Africa proud!

Kind regards,

Riaan Cruywagen - TV News Presenter SABC2
