DOORPHONE INTERCOMS
For almost 3 decades, we have supplied quality intercoms from Kocom, Korea
DP-203HA
This model comprises a mains-powered telephone handset, which features a two position chime volume adjustment and
a "dry-contact" gate release button. Also included in the package, is the popular, weather-resistant DS2D outdoor station.
Cable requirement is 2 conductors for speech and another 2 conductors for gate release (if required).
We recommend the use of 4-core comms cable to "future-proof" the installation.
When using 0,65mm cable, the intercom will operate at a distance of up to 300m!
DP-203HD
This model is almost identical to the DP-203HA, with one exception - it is battery powered from 4 x AA penlight cells
or via an external 6VDC power adaptor (neither are included). Ideal for use in installations where mains
power is unreliable or not readily available. (Regular quality batteries will provide up to 12 months operation).
KIP-222
The KIP-222 is a 1 to 2 intercom, comprising a DS2D outdoor station and two mains-powered telephone
handsets. When a visitor calls, both handsets will chime - and either phone can take the call.
Additionally, the handsets are able to converse with one-another - privately.
The handsets also feature "dry-contact" gate-release buttons.
Cable requirement is 6 conductors between the phones and 2 wires from the outdoor station to the first phone.
KCV-352
The KCV-352 is a digital handsfree colour video intercom that requires just two wires to
handle video, audio and even gate control functions - and can operate satisfactorily with up to
100m of cable. For "replacement" installations where it may not be practical to utilize the "dry-contact" switching
provided on the outdoor station, the option exists to take this signal from an output on the indoor station.
