Cancellation
Conditions (accommodation only)
In the event of
clients cancelling on the date of arrival, or not cancelling and
not arriving, we reserve the right to debit the client's account
with the full amount outstanding. Please confirm all cancellations
in writing to us as soon as possible.
Failure to timeously
cancel a guaranteed reservation will result in liability for the
cost of the full term of such reservation. Cape Lodges may in
their sole discretion decide to refund a deposit in full within
the scope of our terms.
Payment
Settlement of all
invoices are due within 30 days of invoice date. Interest
will be added to at a rate of 2% per month on all outstanding
balances
Statements issued only on request.
Liability
The liability of Cape
Lodges is limited to this reservation service only. Cape
Lodges will not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained
during the period of accommodation or any other service the
establishment may offer. Any liability claim needs to be
addressed directly to the individual establishment. |
