Please note: The budget which Mr. Mendt has proposed at the end of his letter is similar to the one given under the Funding section, except that the latter is a monthly budget whereas this one is an annual one. Expense allocations between the two budgets differ according to perceived need, but overall the differential is only some R2000 (US$160) for the year, which indicates a high degree of consensus.
