If you run/manage the business of your South African Close Corporation or Company in another country that has a tie-breaker tax agreement with SA, then you will be responsible for tax reporting to the authorities in that other country. You pay no South African tax!
  If we at Accountkeeper are your CC/PTY Public Officer, you will also be required to pay us US$210.00 annually in advance on the date of purchase of your CC/PTY from eCC for the following year's Turnstile Service which covers registered address use, public officer appointment, and basic handling of tax forms (to keep your CC/PTY in good standing with the South African Revenue Service).
