Client Liaison: Claire Last is our Public Relations Contractor. She was educated and trained in KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape. She has had vast experience in dealing with people from all walks of life, and has a flair for problem-solving and providing insight into operational and organizational matters.

B I Scott used to be our Commercial and Financial Accountant. Although he has retired as a CFA, he continues to render accounting consulting to us. He obtained his B.Com degree at Rhodes University. In 1993 he joined Accountkeeper and operated from then until 12 January 2006 as its primary Accounting Officer for thousands of shelf and new CCs.
All of B I Scott's involvement and work for CCs sold by eCC has been subcontracted to Kembul CC t/a Accountkeeper. Therefore all eCC clients wishing to contact B I Scott in connection with anything relating to their CC, must deal with Accountkeeper in this regard, and should make their query in writing here. New clients may make their requests here.

Coenraad Acker is our Accounts Contractor. He was educated and trained in the Western Cape. His strengths are in procedures, accounting and tax. Coenraad is analytical and methodical. He is responsible for managing the tax and accounting aspects of all corporation / company clients.

Linda Windvogel is our Secretarial Contractor. She schooled in Durbanville and has supervised large teams of workers. Her methodical and quick approach to work situations contributes to the overall efficiency of the eCC machine. Her clear and neat handwriting helps to keep our manual records accurate and legible.

John Samson is our Maintenance Contractor. He schooled and trained in the Western Cape. John is responsible for building and grounds maintenance, including the optimisation of our storage facility and work environment.

Tony Last is our founder and promoter. He is a registered Accounting Officer (IAC). Educated and trained in South Africa and the USA, he holds degrees and diplomas with courses/majors in, among others, psychology, anthropology, economics, languages, politics, philosophy, law, health, mathematics, tax, sociology, management and accountancy. Tony has worked as a geophysical field officer, process controller, housing consultant, entrepreneur, and accountant. He has travelled extensively in South Africa as well as to several other countries.

Sandra Carpenter is our Chartered Accountant and Company Auditor. We also make use of several other on-site tax, accounting, and admin consultants.

Besides playing a part in community development and nature conservation, we carefully recycle all waste and statutorily-aged paper. In this way we make our contribution to preserving the world's trees, so crucial in maintaining a balanced ecology.
