DIABETES
does not mean the end of a normal lifestyle.
Knowing how to manage it day by day will keep you
healthy.
You
will need to learn about healthy eating, about
exercise, monitoring your blood sugar levels and
new medication, as well as how to manage the
challenges of daily living with diabetes.
We at
SADA want to encourage and assist you to learn as
much as possible about your condition so that you
will be able to take care of yourself.
SADA
needs to raise funds to support all these
activities. We receive no government help
and rely entirely on voluntary subscriptions and
donations. SADA needs your support.
