In 1986, Chris Heydenrych started working for a small computer company in Bellville, faultfinding and doing basic repairs in their workshop.
Chris registered BC Sales & Services cc as a closed corporation in 1991 and then things started to change. Chris decided to resign from his job and pursue a career into the field of Information Technology in 1994. In 1996, BC Sales & Services cc set up office in 90 Darwin Road, Windsor Park.
This gave Chris Heydenrych the opportunity to look into a new venture, Integrated Computer Training. In 1998, Chris built a training centre next door to BC Sales & Services cc. In January 1999, Chris opened the door to his training wing called Integrated Computer Education. He kicked off with training for Jan Kriel School's teachers, which was to be the start of a new company. I.C.E.
I.C.E. is now accredited with ITITB (Information Technology Industry Training Board) as well as City & Guilds of London.
I.C.E. is in full swing, giving top class IT training to all people in all walks of life. Training ranges from schoolteachers, school leavers, company staff and large organizations that need specialized training. I.C.E. is also in possession of accreditation to do Pastel Accounting training. This has taken I.C.E. to the smaller town in the Western Cape to assist in training Pastel. With the way the IT industry is going, BC Sales & Services cc and Integrated Computer Education will be around for some time to come.
I.C.E. is rapidly expanding its borders in franchise opportunities.
