Overview of Amanzi Team Building Interventions

The Amanzi Team Building Program provides the opportunity for organizations to engage in activities, to reflect upon that activity and through the process of reflection, to abstract insights that will lead to change of behaviour in the workplace. Amanzi addresses the need for organisations to engage in participative teambuilding programs that set the stage for shared objectives, trust, openness, and honesty. These fundamentals provide a platform from which an organisation is able to launch transformation and change that is truly effective and long lasting.

The Amanzi Program

The strength of our organization lies in the ability to take diverse groups, through a process of perceived risk-taking in an outdoor, adventure-based program. We harness the individual energies and synergise them into a cohesive team. Amanzi runs specially crafted and custom designed courses, which challenge the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual abilities of each team member.

Courses are generally conducted over a period of one to three days. Such courses include rafting, abseiling, orienting, high ropes, rock climbing, group dynamics and other team / individual challenge-initiative programs.

Geographical Location

Programs may be Centre-Based taking place at a venue of the client’s choice. In these situations we bring a series of mobile teambuilding programs and games to the client and set up, either indoors or outdoors.

Alternatively we offer the facilities of our two permanent Adventure Camps.

Dabulamanzi Bush Camp

This camp is situated 60km North of Cradock on the bank of the Great Fish River. Scenic & secluded, this camp affords visitor a relaxed and truly African experience. Memories of the day are recalled around the campfire at night. Shared accommodation is in 10 rustic wooden cottages, which are nestled along the bank of the river. Hot showers and flush toilets add a simple touch of luxury to this rustic environment.

Bishops Cove

Bishops Cove Exclusive Adventure Camp is situated one and a half hours from Port Elizabeth, on the magnificent, beautiful and rugged Tsitsikamma coast. This luxury accommodation can accommodate 16 people. Delegates attending team building can also enjoy fishing, abseiling, diving & whale watching. Comfort and warm hospitality await you here.
