This discreet blush of Cuvee Belle Rose, achieved by corbonic maceration (internal berry fermentation), is emphasised in the name of this Cuvee, the "beautiful Rose". This process extracts the elegant colour and the flavours of the Pinot Noir grape, but not the harsh tannins, maintaining a distinguised dry elegance. Cuvee Belle Rose is produced from 100% selected Pinot Noir.
