Wine description:
Pierre Jourdan Blanc de Blancs is produced from 100% Chardonnay of which 40%
has been matured in wood for four months. The wood maturation contributes spiciness.
The colour is striking, creamy yellow with a piercing mousse. The Chardonnay gives
a fresh lime character, accentuated by the vanilla flavour of the Argonne oak
