CUVÉE BELLE ROSE

Introduction:

This discreet blush of our Cuvée Belle Rose, achieved by carbonic maceration (internal berry fermentation), is emphasised in the name of this Cuvée, "beautiful rose". This process extracts the elegant colour and the flavours of the Pinot Noir grape, but not the harsh tannins, maintaining a distinguished dry elegance. Cuvée Belle Rose is produced from 100% selected Pinot Noir.

Wine description:

Cuvée Belle Rose has the faintest tinge of salmon pink, a lively presentation of Pinot Noir flavours, a pleasing fine mousse and reveals an elegant dry finish.
