Munnik Butchery, Northern Province.
Assisted with general running of the 3500ha game farm, feedlot and
abattoir operations. Built roads, constructed lapas and fitted kitchens.
General feedlot maintenance, inoculations and de-horning.
Abattoir duties including skinning and gutting.
Field guide, tracker and hunting assistant for clients both wingshooting
and trophy hunting. Anti-poaching. Chef catering for upto 25 guests at
a time (3-course meals). Butchery delivery and marketing.
ORGANIZATIONS:
PATTERSON GAME CATCHERS: June 2000 - September 2000.
Temp. postion, with Patterson, Boma building and game catching for the season.
Season has ended.
